Yesterday's Californiaby *LeahJay

Traditional Art / Paintings / Psychedelic

Well I just finished this yesterday. ( So it really is Yesterday's California! Hah!) Then I somehow brought it to Kaleid Gallery in downtown San Jose. It's all been a blur, really.

4 by 4 feet. Big, splashy watercolor and transparent acrylic washes and paint pens. $1400, and I'll donate half the proceeds from the sale to Forests Forever. [link]

I love the colors and shape arrangement. It's a very captivating piece. The bright colors on the bottom balance out well with the soft colors on top and how you have a splash of each in the opposite (if that makes sense) Anyways enough rambling. Beautiful
